We wear because we care

We come to your home prepared with appropriate PPE (face masks and gloves) as your safety is our number one priority.


We wash clean in-between 

Hand washing and sanitization are performed immediately upon entering your home. Continuous washing and sanitizing are performed throughout our visit.


We screen before we enter the scene

A thorough COVID-19 health and safety screening is fulfilled by our team AND our client/family before our session. Screening questions are answered on the day of our visit. If either party (H:OM or our client) is experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms we will reschedule our session.


We keep our distance to ensure our continued assistance

Although we primarily work independently in your home, when we do collaborate, we maintain a distance of 2 meters. 


Our team is fully vaccinated 


We start with a virtual or in-person consultation where we discuss project vision, household goals and ideal lifestyle. From there we work with you on creating a step by step plan of action.


Yes! We typically perform the entire project in-home from consult to finish. We do offer virtual organizing services if you prefer.


This depends on project details. If we are purging and decluttering it is necessary you are present. However if we are installing and organizing, you do not need to be present. 


Yes, we are fully insured!


Yes, we purchase the necessary organizing product and bring it to your home. If you prefer to purchase the supplies yourself, we are happy to offer product recommendations.


We take small donations away for you and assist you in choosing an appropriate donation or charity centre for your items. We feel strongly about finding the right centre for donations and ensure your items do not end up in a landfill. 


We are located in Oakville, and serve the surrounding area (Burlington, Hamilton, Mississauga, Toronto/GTA) We are happy to travel to you if you are located outside of the GTA- travel charges may apply.


Yes, we are fully vaccinated and still take all necessary safety precautions including proper PPE.


We do get discounts on certain product and happily share with clients. NO mark ups are charged on ANY products.


Every project is entirely different. We get a better sense of project length during the consultation. 


We have various pricing packages that suit varying budgets and length of project work. This is better estimated during the initial consultation.
